PractiTest is seeking a motivated Technical Customer Support Representative - part time job, suitable for students. As a Customer rep at PractiTest you will be responsible for customers’ happiness, growth and success. Key Responsibilities Providing customer service activities by email, phone, chat and live web sessions. Provide customers with product technical support. A range of other responsibilities during “dead hours” (testing, web, seo). Serve as the voice of the customer and work with internal teams to promote new product requirements. Master the PractiTest platform and provide product training & support.
Requirements: Good analytical and problem solving skills Excellent English both written and spoken (English mother tongue an advantage) Basic Technical skills (incognito, cookies, web) Good interpersonal and customer care skills Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to communicate technical information both in writing and verbally Ability to work nights and later hours Experience with technical customer support - an advantage Web experience (html, css, plugins, ruby, php) - an advantage Command of other languages - an advantage Experience in software testing - an advantage
